Welcome to Northeast Softwash (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or communicating with us via phone, email, or SMS/text message, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Northeast Softwash provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• House washing
• Roof cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Related exterior maintenance services

All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

2. Estimates & Scheduling

• Estimates may be provided in person, online, by phone, or electronically.
• Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time and may be adjusted if conditions change.
• Scheduling is not guaranteed until confirmed by Northeast Softwash.
• Weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues may require rescheduling.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and other approved electronic payments.
• Late or declined payments may result in additional fees or service refusal.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Northeast Softwash reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Property Access & Safety

• Client is responsible for providing access to water, power (if required), and service areas.
• Pets must be secured during service.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty materials, or improperly installed fixtures.

6. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information or requesting a quote, you expressly consent to receive communication messages from Northeast Softwash, which may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Service reminders
• Quote follow-ups
• Customer support messages

• Message & data rates may apply
• Messages may be sent via automated or manual systems

Opt-Out:

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds or re-services are at the discretion of Northeast Softwash.

10. Changes to Terms

Northeast Softwash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
